My First Post

I was going to start by thanking people for taking the time to read this post but seeing as we are all currently quarantined because of COVID-19, or at least should be, I had a realization. You’re all just as bored as I am right now so I’m the one everyone should be thanking. My blog is giving you a much needed break from lying on your couch scrolling through TikToks until one of TikTok’s “wellness representatives” chides you for being on their own app for too long. Not that that has ever happened to me.

In all seriousness though, thank you for checking out my website. This is what I have chosen to occupy my free time while in quarantine. As you can see, I have my personal portfolio up so that I can say I have a proper online presence now.

I don’t have specific plans for the blog other than wanting to improve my writing skills. Don’t hold me to it but I hope to try out some creative writing, reflect on things, give life updates, and more.

I am also trying to get more into digital art and I’d like to start sharing some of that. Don’t get excited, it is far from good, but you have to start somewhere, right?

Basically, I’m not taking this too seriously. I want this to be a way for me to keep busy while stuck in a confined space, but also to develop and build communication skills. That is my degree after all.
